Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Drafton website and your purchase of a Drafton license from Hunter Miodek Technologies (“HMT,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or buying a license you agree to these Terms. Your use of the Drafton software is also governed by the End-User License Agreement.

1. The service

This website describes Drafton, lets you request early access, and links to checkout. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase a license. If you buy on behalf of an organization, you represent that you’re authorized to bind it to these Terms and the EULA.

3. Purchases and billing

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, who is the seller of record, handles checkout, and remits applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and your access continues through the end of the paid period. Prices are shown on the pricing section and are exclusive of taxes unless stated.

4. Refunds

Because Drafton offers a free trial before any charge, we generally do not provide refunds for partial periods, except where required by law or our Merchant of Record’s policy. If something’s wrong, contact us — we want you to be satisfied.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to breach security, scrape at abusive rates, interfere with others’ use, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the Drafton name and marks are owned by HMT or its licensors. Autodesk® and Inventor® are trademarks of Autodesk, Inc.; Drafton is an independent product and is not affiliated with Autodesk.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, HMT disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
