End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“you” or “Licensee”) and Hunter Miodek Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “HMT”). By installing or using the Drafton software (“Software”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and, where applicable, an active trial or paid license, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for your internal engineering work.

2. Bring your own key (BYOK)

Drafton uses AI models through your own Anthropic API key. You are responsible for obtaining that key and for all usage and charges associated with it, and for complying with Anthropic’s applicable terms. We do not proxy, meter, or resell model usage; model requests are made directly from your machine to Anthropic.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits;
• rent, lease, lend, sublicense, or distribute the Software, or use it to provide a service to third parties;
• circumvent or tamper with licensing, activation, or safety mechanisms;
• remove or alter any proprietary notices.

4. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. You retain all rights in your own CAD files, models, and work product; we claim no ownership over them.

5. Trial, license, and updates

The Software may include a time-limited free trial. Continued use after the trial may require a valid license. Pricing and plans are described on our website and are handled by our Merchant of Record (see the Terms). The Software may download and install updates automatically to deliver fixes and improvements.

6. Third-party software

Drafton interoperates with Autodesk® Inventor® and with Anthropic’s API. Those products are governed by their own license terms and are the property of their respective owners. Drafton is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Autodesk, Inc. or Anthropic, PBC.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for reviewing every change Drafton proposes before applying it and for maintaining your own backups.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HMT will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to the Software. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Software. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HMT is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, unless a mandatory law of your place of residence provides otherwise.
